Toledo, the capital of Castilla la Mancha, although much larger than Plasencia, is also a good place to walk. As a matter of fact, within the walls, surrounded by the Tejo River, few cars circulate. Therefore, take the most comfortable shoes you have! Preferably sneackers. I took the sandals from the photo above and my feet suffered! The next day I had to change into that sneackers.
Plasencia is still a little known city for tourism in Cáceres, Extremadura. I also met it by chance! I was going to take the flight to Madrid, and had decided to stay asleep in Toledo. But, while searching the Internet to find out where to stop before arriving in Toledo, I found photos of Plasencia. I was delighted!
Belfast is a city that has suffered greatly from its political and ideological differences. On one side are the Protestants, Conservatives and supporters of the United Kingdom and on the other side are the Catholics and separatists, who have always felt excluded and who want to join Ireland.

The Titanic departed from Belfast, the site of its construction, to Southampton, near London, where several passengers boarded. The next stop was the port of Cherbourg, where some passengers came and other went. What luck to these last ones, don't you think?
The Titanic was built to be the largest, most luxurious and safest ship in the world, thus competing with the Cunard Line, which was known for creating very large and fast steamers.
The TOP 1 of any Belfast travel itinerary is the Titanic Museum, no doubt. I was very curious but never thought it would be so good and so unforgettable. I advise visiting anyone, especially boat lovers like me. 😉
The first place I visited in Belfast was the castle located right up there in Cavehill Park, 120 meters from sea level. So it has an incredible view of the city and can be seen from anywhere in it.
The Maison Pfister is a Renaissance-style palace built in 1537 by Ludwig Scherer. It is one of the symbols of Colmar, being considered as a French monument. The house was built in stone and wood and its painted facades represent biblical passages and the Germanic emperors of the sixteenth century.
