O primeiro COSMÉTICO COREANO que utilizei foi o Miracle Toner da Some By mi, juntamente com o sérum e o creme da mesma linha. Em conjunto, estes cosméticos melhoraram imenso a textura e a aparência da minha pele. Muito devido a eles, fiquei adicta da KBEAUTY. É claro que há muitas outras marcas que me cativaram, como por exemplo a BENTON, a COSRX, a I´m from, de entre outras, mas esta é especial para mim.
The first KOREAN COSMETICS I used was the Miracle Toner from Some By mi, together with the serum and cream from the same line. Together, these cosmetics have greatly improved the texture and appearance of my skin. Much because of them, I became addicted to KBEAUTY. Of course there are many other brands that have captivated me, such as BENTON, COSRX, I’m from, among others, but this one is special for me.
Esta linha sofreu algumas criticas devido ao seu nome e à presença de 3 tipos de esfoliantes químicos na sua composição. Ainda assim, as quantidades são muito pequenas! Por outro lado, são imensos os comentários positivos por parte de quem experimentou esta linha. Como podem ver no vídeo, na YESSTYLE bastante mais de 90% dos utilizadores avalia positivamente estes produtos. Não estou a falar de influencers. Estou a falar de pessoas comuns. E, este é apenas um dos exemplos.
This line has suffered some criticism due to its name and the presence of 3 types of chemical scrubs in its composition. Even so, the quantities are very small! On the other hand, there are a lot of positive comments from those who have tried this line. As you can see in the video, at YESSTYLE well over 90% of users evaluate these products positively. I’m not talking about influencers. I’m talking about ordinary people. And, this is just one example.
Eu inicialmente tive algum receio de os utilizar, mas depois fiz uma pesquisa exaustiva, investiguei os seus ingredientes e decidi experimentar. Não me arrependo de nada! A minha pele melhorou imenso não só em 30 dias, mas também em 60, em 90, … Inicialmente usei a linha todos os dias durante a noite. Não senti a minha pele minimamente sensibilizada! Mas ultimamente usava-a apenas 2 a 3 vezes por semana para manutenção. Infelizmente, os produtos acabaram. Agora estou a experimentar outra linha da Some by mi, que vos farei review num próximo vídeo.
I was initially a little afraid to use them, but then I did some thorough research, researched their ingredients and decided to try them out. I have no regrets at all! My skin has improved a lot not only in 30 days, but also in 60, in 90, … Initially I used the line every day during the night. I didn’t feel my skin at all touched! Os ingredientes chave da linha Miracle são os esfoliantes químicos: o AHA (exemplos: ácido láctico e ácido málico) que fazem uma esfoliação mais à superfície, melhorando a aparência de cicatrizes e manchas de hiperpigmentação; os BHA (exemplo: ácido salicílico) que têm atração pela gordura e se introduzem dentro do poro; e o PHA que é ideal para peles secas e sensíveis, pois é mais gentil e mantém a hidratação da pele. A niacinamida, que acelera a regeneração da pele e melhora a aparência de manchas. O tea tree que é um must have no cuidado da pele com tendência acneica. A centella asiatica com a sua capacidade anti-inflamatória, anti-bacteriana e regeneradora da barreira cutânea.
The key ingredients in the Miracle range are chemical exfoliants: AHA (e.g. lactic acid and malic acid) which exfoliate more at the surface, improving the appearance of scars and hyperpigmentation spots; BHA (e.g. salicylic acid) which have an attraction to fat and enter the pore; and PHA which is ideal for dry and sensitive skin as it is gentler and maintains the skin’s moisture. Niacinamide, which accelerates skin regeneration and improves the appearance of blemishes. Tea tree which is a must have in skin care with an acneic tendency. The centella asiatica with its anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and skin barrier regenerating capacity.
Miracle Toner
O tónico para além dos 3 tipos de esfoliantes químicos, contém 2% de niacinamida, Alantoina que é ótima para minimizar pequenas rugas, Witch hazel que combate a inflação e a acne e adenosina que induz a produção de colágeno. Tem dois óleos essenciais: o óleo de menta como último ingrediente da lista e o tea tree, que apesar dos seus ótimos efeitos na acne, pode sensibilizar a pele daqueles que são ultrassensíveis. A textura é bem aquosa e o cheiro bem suave e refrescante a menta e tea tree.
The tonic, in addition to the 3 types of chemical scrubs, contains 2% niacinamide, Alantoin which is optimal for minimizing small wrinkles, Witch hazel which combats inflation and acne and adenosine which induces collagen production. It has two essential oils: mint oil as the last ingredient on the list and tea tree, which despite its great effects on acne, can sensitize the skin of those who are ultra-sensitive. The texture is very watery and the smell is very mild and refreshing to mint and tea tree.
Miracle Serum
O sérum foi o que menos gostei devido à textura e ao aroma forte a tangerina. Não o voltarei a comprar! Este é um sérum bifásico, com uma fase aquosa e outra oleosa, pelo que se deve agitar muito bem antes de utilizar. Eu faço sempre isso mas ainda assim não gosto da sensação dele na minha pele. Não é que seja pegajoso ou demasiado oleoso. Mas, a verdade é que não estou habituada a usar texturas mais ricas. Há pessoas com pele oleosa e com tendência acneica que utiliza determinados óleos não comedogénicos (que não causam acne) na pele. Não é o meu caso e talvez por isso não tenha gostado deste sérum.
Ele contém para além dos esfoliantes químicos, tea tree, niacinamida, vários extratos de plantas e 14,5% de centella asiática. Portanto, esta é a grande vantagem do sérum, a presença da Centella asiática. Ainda assim, contém vários óleos essenciais (daí o perfume forte) e álcool, pelo que não aconselho o seu uso por pessoas com pele sensível. E, sinceramente, na cosmética coreana existem tantos séruns de Centelha e tão melhores que este!
The serum was the one I least liked due to its texture and strong tangerine aroma. I will not buy it again! This is a biphasic serum, with an aqueous and an oily phase, so you should shake it very well before use. I always do that but still don’t like the feel of it on my skin. It’s not that it’s sticky or too oily. But the truth is, I’m not used to using richer textures. There are people with oily skin and an acneic tendency who use certain non-comedogenic (non-acne causing) oils on their skin. This is not my case and maybe that’s why I didn’t like this serum.
In addition to chemical exfoliants, it contains tea tree, niacinamide, various plant extracts and 14.5% Asian centella. Therefore, this is the great advantage of the serum, the presence of Asian Centella. Still, it contains several essential oils (hence the strong perfume) and alcohol, so I do not recommend its use by people with sensitive skin. And, honestly, in Korean cosmetics there are so many Centella serums and so much better than this!
Miracle Cream
O creme foi mesmo o que mais gostei dos 3. Adoro a textura ligeira e a sensação refrescante que deixa na pele (I love it!). E contém muito mais quantidade de centelha asiática (70,78%), para além dos ingredientes habituais e do aloé vera, um componente tão hidratante e calmante, e das ceramidas. Apenas contém o tea tree e outro óleo essencial como último ingrediente na lista, portanto em principio poderá ser utilizado por peles um pouco sensíveis.
The cream was really what I liked the most of the 3. I love the light texture and the refreshing sensation it leaves on the skin (I love it!). And it contains much more Centella asiatica (70.78%), plus the usual ingredients and aloe vera, such a moisturising and soothing component, and ceramides. It only contains tea tree and one another essential oil as the last ingredient on the list, so in principle it can be used for slightly sensitive skin.
